Christmas in July: We are collecting socks and underwear for our homeless and low-income sisters and brothers through July 23. Items are needed for both men and women, especially in larger sizes. (Bras may be gently used.) The items we collect will be shared through the Marketplace for All People at St. Paul’s UMC in downtown Toledo. Everything in the Marketplace is free to the users. Learn more at https://www.facebook.com/stpaulsmarket or stpaulsumctoledo.com/page/mission-outreach.

Body and Soul Tuesdays, 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month: Bible Study from 2:30 – 3:30. Food Pantry open from 4-6 p.m. Food Pantry volunteers and customers are invited to participate. (Participation in Bible Study is not required to use the Food Pantry.) Pantry customers can pick up their groceries immediately following the meeting. All are welcome, especially newcomers to Bible study. We will be discussing Bible passages from the upcoming suggested reading. If you have your own Bible, please bring it. If you don’t, that’s OK! We’ll have copies available for you to use.

Food Pantry, 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of every month from 4 – 6:00 p.m. Click on “Worship, Grow, Serve” for more information, or visit the Food Pantry on Facebook.

We are collecting single-serve portions of non-perishable fruits and single-serve “main dishes” requiring minimal preparation (mac-n- cheese/pasta cups, etc.) to include in weekend food kits for AW students at risk for hunger. (Please, no perishable items. We have plenty of chips, cookies, etc.)  Please place donations in the storage container near the door in our parking lot, and then contact us to let us know it’s there (so we can make sure it goes to students and not to critters!).
